Our vision is to improve people’s lives and productivity of organizations. Because we started from the areas of building people, we focus our efforts on educating and knowledge sharing.

With the current socio-economic scenario in Malaysia and other parts of the world, RightTrex sees the need to help improve people’s lives holistically towards the betterment of themselves as individuals and the entity they are in; i.e. family, workplace, society and nation. Having been involved in various human and organizational developments throughout the past 20 years, the founders had decided to create the RightTrex brand to drive this cause further.

At RightTrex, organizations, be it for-profit or not-for-profit organizations are seen as part of the society that share a very significant symbiotic relationship. Growth in an organization means that the society will benefit in return. With experience in providing development programs to hundreds of government bodies, multi-national corporations and even SME’s, RightTrex believes that it will continuously venture and expand its reach in organizational development.
